Schoppee Farm - Sunset Suite

The Sunset Suite is an 1800’s farmhouse room with 2QUE beds & 1 bath. (Please note: you have to walk through second bedroom to get to bathroom to the back of suite). The suite is located on the second floor and has beautiful water views from the first bedroom. Both bedrooms have a TV as well as WiFi. Ideal for any group coming to the area or if you just want a little extra space!

Our beautiful two bedroom suite offers a larger group to stay in the same room, while still having their own private space! Each bedroom has a door to close off the other, with a spacious rustic/modernized bathroom located to the back of the space. Cozy up inside or relax by the fire pit or on the balcony and enjoy a good sunrise/sunset.

Take advantage of the outdoor fireplace, grill, and patio furniture while breathing in the fresh air. Looking for a stroll? We have direct access to the popular Sunrise Trail where you can walk, bike, ATV, etc.. Maybe even walk to our local dining options just minutes down the road! Don’t have an ATV? Contact the hosts about renting one!

Check-in is contactless with the convenience of keyless door entry to every room. On the day of arrival, you will receive a message when the room is ready with all of your personalized check-in information needed! We encourage guests to reach out to us with any questions about our Inn and Local Area!

Our location is extremely convenient, just seconds off of the main road, but feels like a mile! Located right in the town of Machias, we are within walking distance from gift shops, dining options, etc.. Along with plenty of on site property to enjoy, we are directly on the Sunrise Trail as well!

Our town does not have Taxi services, Uber services, or Buses. We do recommend having a car, bikes, or ATVs to get from point A to point B!

We are right along the Machias River and beautiful Sunrise Trail. For a bite to eat, you can even walk to Dunkin’ Donuts, Pats Pizza, Helen’s Restaurant, Subway, The River’s Edge Drive In, and The Bluebird Restaurant.
